Lowndes wins.

A well raced race for Lowndesy.
The all new ZB Holden bodywork seems to be paying off for the Holden's, winning seven of the eight races so far in the tin-top series. Craig Lowndes, or Lowndsey as we all know him, is the latest winner taking out Sunday's race in Tasmania on the weekend.
Congrats to Craig, it has been a long long time coming. I always felt for Craig as a Trippple Eight driver that because he didn't get a red bull on the side of his car he just got dished up the left-overs.
Another round of misfortune for the Gizz. He came into the series with a couple of wins in Adelaide to secure a healthy points lead only to have it washed away by a couple of bad calls from his team and a spot of bad luck dropping him to fifth in the championship. Jamie Whincup rises to the top after eight races with a narrow points lead of just eleven points from Scott McLaughlin and Dave Reynolds, both equal second. Craig's win has him sitting at sixth but is this enough to make him a championship contender? Well Levi and Chilli would hope this is the case.
