Big chief at Ferrari Luca di Montezemolo believes the days of the one-man show with Bernie at the helm are past its use-by date. While Di Montezemolo was perfectly happy with this years (2012) championship outcome and the better team won on the day he is obviously very concerned with the bigger picture, the wasted money, the supported teams that may as well be in F2 and the fact that Bernie is setting up tracks in deserted rubbish dumps that draw only the dedicated F1 followers.
